A Associação Cultural Artes em Trânsito apresenta o ARTFEST'08 que, para além de festival, representa uma festa de exaltação do ofício da arte.

Em formato de uma plataforma a nível nacional que visa a promoção dos artistas portugueses e, consequentemente, a projecção dos seus trabalhos em várias cidades do país, este ano o ARTFEST conta também com o lançamento de um concurso, que abrange as Artes Visuais, as Artes Plásticas e as Artes Performativas, oferecendo-se a oportunidade a todos aqueles que desejem consolidar a sua posição no panorama artístico português.

O ARTFEST'08 está subordinado ao tema "Lugares e Vivências", sendo este também o tema que norteia o Concurso de Artes.

Casting para Teatro

O Teatro Azul, Companhia Profissional, está neste momento com um Casting marcado para actores, em Lisboa, para o próximo dia 14 de Dezembro de 2007, a partir das 16.00 horas.
A companhia procura actores com formação e/ou experiência em Teatro e Representação, para uma das personagens da sua nova produção de teatro, intitulada, História do 25 de Abril, escrita por Nuno Miguel Henriques.

Os actores devem ter entre os 20 e os 30 anos de idade, pois interpretarão personagens principais da peça, que relata os acontecimentos da revolução dos cravos de 1974.

Este espectáculo estreará em Janeiro e está previsto estar em cena até Maio de 2008.

RHUC Audition Listing

RHUC will be holding an audition for one female dancer based in London, for our Spring 2007 tour of Swan Breaks, with a contract beginning mid January 2007 for 2 months.

We are looking for a dancer with both Contemporary, Popping and B-Girl Skills, with an added interest in theatrical work. Poppers and Breakers may apply but must have the versatility/desire and discipline to work within other dance forms.

I am looking for a backing singer for live gigs. Our music is experimental, folktronic, ethereal, with lyrics in English and Spanish. The band has just released the first CD and we are planning to present it during the next months in London. Rehearsals probably are going to be once a week.

I would welcome a backing singer with an interest for the style of music and potential to work together. If you play an instrument would be a must.
Gigs are sometimes payed and other times just promotional.

Submissions invited for MoveMe. If you are an up and coming artist or photographer this is a great opportunity to get exposure, add to your portfolio, network and win valuable prizes.For our exhibition we need beautiful, eyecatching images that inspire others to walk or cycle.
You could for example, send us photographs of your favourite walk, or an illustration that sums up the freedom of cycling. How you interpret the theme is up to you, just remember it needs to serve as an advert for this form of travel, be creative and have visual impact.
Artwork can be in any medium; photography, painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, but must be supplied digitally. Send images as a 762mm high x 508 mm wide 300 dpi jpegor high quality print pdf.
Email artwork to kathryn.king@islington.gov.uk with an a paragraph describing what you love about walking or cycling.

Shortlisted entries will be exhibited at Rainbird Fine Art Gallery in Clerkenwell, London with a launch night on 26 February and a large print to take home. The top three images will win a poster space in a major London tube station. The best entries will have their work exhibited at key locations around Islington. Spot Prizes will be given out at the launch, including new bicycles.

Dança para Pelés pretende desenvolver o instinto dançante de cada um de nós, em processo prazenteiro de desinibição física e emocional.
Normalmente, as "performances" que todos fazemos quando dançamos em discotecas, em casa, ou em outras situações que o permitam, …são as mais verdadeiras expressões do nosso "eu". No entanto, em público, a história é outra:"- Sou um Pelé no futebol, mas não passo vergonhas a Dançar..."

Existe agora ajuda para esse bloqueio interior… É um Pélé com a bola, mas fica um banana quando dança, gosta de dançar mas não tem coragem de o fazer junto das outras pessoas, não gosta de dançar mas até dava jeito, gostava de dançar mas dança mal, venha ter connosco, acabou a sua solidão nesta matéria, não sofra mais!
Para todas as idades, para todos os sexos. Para todas as mentes, para todos os gostos.Para todos os corpos humanos.
