Contemporary Dancer for Research and Development Period
Seeking one Contemporary Dancer for research and development period. The aim of the R&D period is to develop a 15 - 20 minute piece aimed at families with young children. Dancers should be open to audience interaction and have at least three years training in contemporary.
Dancers must be able to attend rehearsals/sharings on the 3rd, 4th, 10th February and 2nd March. Auditions to take place on Friday 1st February between 7 and 8 pm in London. If you are not available for all of these dates please do not apply.
Throughout this period of research and development the choreographer hopes to attain funding to tour the production throughout July, August and September, performing only on weekends. Performances would be paid at 100 per day inclusive of travel.
Dancers will be paid expenses for the research and development period: travel and subsistence.
