La Belle Ouvrage and the ONDA propose a 9-day course in Paris dedicated to the practical promotion of performing arts in Europe. Six countries have been chosen, with very different locations and influences in terms of economic models and public policies regarding arts and culture: Estonia, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Portugal, Roumania.
